1. ⏱ Processing Time
Standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Personalized items require up to 15 days for processing and are not eligible for expedited shipping.
During new product launches, restocks, U.S. holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may extend to 5–7 business days.

Delivery is temporarily unavailable to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
PO Box addresses are not supported.
All deliveries are made on business days only (Monday to Friday).
3. 🌐 International Shipping & Duties
All international orders will be imported on behalf of the consignee by EACHY or its authorized agents.
If taxes and duties are not included at checkout, the recipient is responsible for paying them upon delivery.
