Shipping policy
If you have any questions about your order, please email us at EACHYDESIGN@GMAIL.COM,and include your order number in the subject line.
Order processing and shipping typically take 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday only). This timeline applies to all orders, including expedited shipping. Once your tracking information is available, you will immediately receive a shipping confirmation email.
Please note that during product launches, restocks, U.S. holidays, or promotional periods, order volumes may be higher than usual. In these cases, processing may take up to 5–7 business days.
All shipments will be imported by EACHY or its authorized agents. If applicable duties and taxes are not included at checkout, the recipient will be responsible for paying them upon delivery.

We ship with USPS, UPS, UNIUNI, and Amazon Logistics.
- Free shipping on all orders $45 and above.
- For orders under $45, a standard shipping fee will apply.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and the carrier information. You can also track it on here.
If your package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, please contact us at eachydesign@gmail.com to arrange a re-delivery option.
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we’ll contact you right away and issue a full refund for that item. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
EACHY currently ships within the contiguous United States (48 states).
At this time, we are unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
