EACHY Return & Exchange Policy
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your EACHY products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, as long as the product(s) meet the conditions listed below.
Returned items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
- Free from any signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations.
Please note that items showing any signs of use or containing personal belongings inside will not be eligible for a return.
Return Shipping Fee
If the return is due to non-quality reasons (for example, a change of mind, wrong color, or personal preference), the return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment once your return has been received and approved.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
Original shipping costs from your order are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do accept exchanges within the 30-day return period.
If you would like to exchange your product for a different size, color, or model, please contact us first via email at service@eachy.com.
We will provide instructions and the return address once your exchange request is approved.
Please do not send items back to the address on your package.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email us at service@eachy.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the request.
- Attach clear photos showing the product(s) in their original condition with packaging and tags.
- Once your request is approved, we’ll send you the return shipping address and further instructions.
- Share the tracking number once the item is shipped back.
- Allow 3–7 business days for inspection after we receive the returned item(s).
Additional Information
Please note that the following conditions are not considered quality issues:
- Minor variations in size or texture due to material characteristics.
- Dissatisfaction with style, size, or color that matches the description.
- Damage caused by improper use, washing, care, or human factors.
Eligible Products
This policy applies to all EACHY bags, including makeup bags, toiletry bags, and packing cubes.
